Hazelnut
includes the vitamins B1, B2 and C. In addition, hazelnut
includes (in milligramme) sulphur 98%, phosphorus 300%,
potassium 600%, magnesium 150% and calcium 200%. Hence hazelnut
strengthens the skin, improves its elasticity and gives a light
pink colour to the skin.

consumption of just 25-30 gr of hazelnut meets 100% of daily
